In early 2007, Scholle Packaging launched version two of their website, Scholle.com. The new website incorporated many things that the former site was missing, including: PDF downloads of sales material, a site architecture broken out by business units, press pages, FAQ entries, individual pages by market segment, a detailed locations page and an events page that outlines trade shows the company is attending.
Since launch, site traffic is up 20% and the ability to find the company via online search engines has improved greatly. We are currently translating the entire site into Portuguese, Spanish and Chinese. Once launched, regional contacts will be trained with Macromedia Contribute in order to manage and update the new sites quickly and with autonomy.
